We all know Cleveland rocks, but this weekend it also rolled in the dough.
The 2012 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and festivities not only gave Cleveland a positive image nationally and globally, but it also gave a huge boost to some downtown businesses.
Three years ago city officials estimated at $13 million economic boost from the inductions. This year they expect to exceed that for a couple of reasons.
The economy is much improved and people are more willing to spend money/ There were also more inductees, so more family, friends and fans made the trip to Cleveland to celebrate.
